Morning Energy
The day begins before sunrise as I prepare for my first client at Core Progression. There’s something magical about morning workouts when the gym is peaceful and full of potential. As a personal trainer, I arrive early to review client programs and ensure all equipment is properly sanitized and ready for use.

By 6:30 AM, our facility comes alive with dedicated clients starting their day right. From helping post-rehabilitation clients regain strength to guiding athletes toward peak performance, each session is uniquely tailored to individual goals. We pride ourselves on creating comprehensive fitness plans that consider:

Midday Movement
The afternoon brings a diverse mix of clients, from busy professionals on lunch breaks to student-athletes preparing for their seasons. Our state-of-the-art facility provides the perfect environment for both one-on-one training and small group sessions.
Evening Excellence
As the day winds down, we focus on clients who prefer evening sessions. This is when many of our strength training and athletic performance programs take place. The energy remains high as we help each person push toward their fitness goals.
